What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter — such as your name, phone number, email address and information about the property you are looking for or want to sell. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange viewings or transactions. Enquiry forms are delivered to us by email through the service FormSubmit.

We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed to complete a transaction you asked us to handle (for example with a landlord, seller, developer or the Dubai Land Department), or where the law requires it.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry data as long as needed for your request and our legal obligations. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing info@deluxa.com.

Our role in transactions

Deluxa acts either as a broker for a client or as a principal buying, selling or letting property for its own account. We always state our role in writing before a transaction and never act in both roles in the same transaction.
